What are the prerequisites for enrollment?⌄
No prior experience is required. Our entry-level courses assume only basic physical fitness and a genuine interest in outdoor work. Advanced modules recommend completion of the foundational course.
How long do the courses take to complete?⌄
Core modules run 4–6 weeks with 8 hours per week. Intensive weekend bootcamps finish in 3 days. Self-paced online options allow up to 90 days.
Do you provide equipment or do students need their own?⌄
All mowers, trimmers, and safety gear are supplied during on-site sessions. Students receive a recommended equipment list for home practice and future purchases at partner rates.
Is certification recognized by employers?⌄
Yes. Graduates receive an industry-recognized StandardVox Certificate valid for 3 years. Many municipal parks departments and professional landscaping companies accept it as proof of training.
What is your refund policy?⌄
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed. Partial refunds after the first session are considered on a case-by-case basis up to week 3.
Are there safety protocols during field training?⌄
Every session follows strict OSHA-aligned safety briefings. Personal protective equipment is mandatory. Instructors maintain a 6:1 student-to-trainer ratio on all live equipment work.
Can I schedule a course around my full-time job?⌄
Yes. Evening and weekend cohorts are offered monthly. Our flexible hybrid model combines 70 % self-paced video content with live weekend field days.
