4. Payments and Refunds

Course fees are due at enrollment and are processed securely. All prices are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law or within 14 days if you have not accessed the materials. We may offer installment options; failure to pay cancels access.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. StandardVox Greens does not guarantee results from our training. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses, to the full extent permitted by law.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions are not permitted. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before arbitration.
